Payments are nonrefundable and are transferable only
to another party for any specific trip. Timi's Tours acts
only as an agent in making travel arrangements and is not
liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay or
inconvenience during any journey, tour, or at any place
of lodging, restuarant, facility of any type, or residence that
is arranged or booked through or by them. Timi's Tours
reserves the right to change, add to or delete any portion
of any trip schedule without prior notice for the entirety of
any tour.
All trips require a deposit per person to hold a reservation.
The deposit amounts are based on the length and cost of
the trip. Due to their popularity one day trips are due in full
in advance to hold a seat.
Should Timi's Tours need to cancel a trip due to lack of
interest all deposits for that trip will be refunded in full.
No other restitution is offered.
